1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 97pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "97pk"). By accessing 97pk.fun, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or using any service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on 97pk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than registering again.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document
• A valid mobile number registered in your name
• A secure, unique password that you have not used on other platforms
• Any other information requested during the registration process

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 97pk will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

You must keep your account information current. If your contact details, payment methods or other registered information changes, update your account promptly. 97pk is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

4Deposits

All deposits on 97pk are made in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Additional methods may be available; the current list is shown within your account's deposit section.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds belong to you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party
• The payment method you are using is registered in your own name

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. No deposit fees are applied by 97pk, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees — 97pk has no control over third-party charges.

97pk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds or where transaction patterns appear unusual. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to unverified payment methods or third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be verified. This requires submitting a clear copy of your CNIC through the account verification section. Additional documentation may be requested based on account activity.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: within a few hours under normal conditions
• Raast: same-day processing
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Debit/Credit Card: 2–5 business days

VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — these are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

97pk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where verification is outstanding. In such cases, 97pk will communicate the reason and any steps required to complete the withdrawal.

6Bonuses and Promotions

97pk offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include:

• Wagering requirements (the multiplier applied to the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted)
• Eligible games or betting markets that count toward wagering
• Expiry period within which wagering must be completed
• Maximum bet size allowed while wagering a bonus
• Maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings (where applicable)

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots to complete wagering requirements, exploiting loopholes, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all bonuses and forfeiture of associated winnings.

97pk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated by an eligible player.

7Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 97pk are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, edit or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds used for settlement, subject to the exceptions noted below.
• 97pk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds caused by a data feed fault, or events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the platform's systems. Delays in network transmission may mean the confirmed odds differ slightly from those displayed when the bet was initiated.
• For cricket, football, esports and other sports, specific rules covering abandoned matches, reduced overs, player non-participation and other special circumstances are published in the sports rules section of your account.
• Any winnings resulting from obvious pricing errors will be voided at 97pk's discretion. What constitutes an obvious pricing error is determined by 97pk based on prevailing market rates at the time.

Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits vary based on sport, competition and market type. Bet limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted based on account activity or risk assessment.

8Casino Game Rules

All games available in the 97pk slots, live casino and game lobby sections are governed by the rules of the individual games as operated by their respective game providers. By participating in any casino game, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — are conducted by professional dealers in purpose-built studios and streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card dealing, wheel spinning) and are final once the round concludes.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round where a bet has already been placed and confirmed, the round will be settled according to its outcome. 97pk is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the user's side, though legitimate technical issues on the platform's side will be investigated and, where necessary, compensated.

• Slot game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Each spin is independent of all previous spins.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 97pk and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the platform in any way not designed for human users
• Manipulating bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing involvement or use of insider information
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime activity
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain
• Sharing account access or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Providing false identity or verification documents
• Placing bets on behalf of another person for commercial purposes

10Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 97pk account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and outstanding bonus wagering will be cancelled. Balances in verified accounts that are closed voluntarily will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

97pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Suspicious transaction patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering are identified
• An account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormancy policy
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder

Where an account is closed by 97pk due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Clean, non-disputed balances will be returned at 97pk's discretion following investigation.

11Responsible Gaming

97pk provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity and maintain healthy habits. These tools are available to all registered users at no cost and without requiring special requests:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be prompted to review and stop your session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily lock your account for 24 hours up to 30 days.
